CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered a late cancellation. A 30% fee of the scheduled service price will be charged for late cancellations. This policy applies regardless of the reason for the late cancellation, with exceptions made at Divine Artistry Studio’s discretion for genuine emergencies.
